No. CryptoExchange Pro is committed to full transparency. All fees are listed on this page and are the only fees you'll pay. Blockchain network fees (paid to miners/validators) and P2P agent fees are the only additional costs, and both are clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction.
02 How is my 30-day trading volume calculated?
Your 30-day trading volume is the total USD value of all trades (Spot + Futures) you've made in the last 30 days. It's recalculated daily and updates automatically. When you cross a VIP tier threshold, your new fee rate takes effect on the next trading day.
03 Can I negotiate lower fees?
For very high-volume traders and institutional clients (VIP 4+), we offer custom fee arrangements. Contact our team at sales@cryptoprox.com to discuss tailored pricing.
04 Why do P2P Agents charge different fees?
P2P Agents are independent operators who set their own fees (typically 3-7%). The fee compensates them for providing instant local currency liquidity, handling the payment processing, and taking on counterparty risk. You can see each agent's fee before confirming a withdrawal, allowing you to choose the best rate.
05 Are there limits on how much I can withdraw?
Yes, withdrawal limits depend on your verification level:
  • Unverified: Up to $500/day
  • Verified: Up to $50,000/day
  • VIP: Unlimited (by arrangement)
Minimum withdrawal is $10 USDT equivalent. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.
