01 How do I create an account on CryptoExchange Pro?
Creating an account is quick and easy:
  • Click on the "Login / Register" button in the top right corner.
  • Fill in your username, email and password.
  • Verify your email by clicking the link we send you.
  • Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for extra security (strongly recommended).
After that, you're ready to start trading on our platform!
02 How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
To enable 2FA:
  • Go to your Profile → Change Password section.
  • Download an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
  • Scan the QR code shown on screen.
  • Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
Once enabled, you'll need to enter a 6-digit code from your app every time you log in or withdraw funds.
03 I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your registered email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
04 How do I deposit cryptocurrency to my account?
Depositing crypto is simple:
  • Go to Wallet → Deposit.
  • Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).
  • Copy your unique deposit address or scan the QR code.
  • Send the crypto from your external wallet to this address.
⚠️ Important: Only send the correct currency to the displayed address. Sending wrong coins may result in permanent loss of funds.
05 How long do crypto deposits take to confirm?
Confirmation times depend on the blockchain network:
  • USDT (TRC20): ~1-3 minutes
  • BTC: ~30-60 minutes (3 confirmations)
  • ETH: ~5-15 minutes (12 confirmations)
  • SOL: ~30 seconds
You'll receive a notification once your deposit is credited.
06 How do I withdraw funds via P2P Agent?
Withdrawing via a P2P Agent lets you cash out in your local currency (e.g., MZN, ZAR, NGN):
  • Go to Profile → Withdraw Funds.
  • Select "P2P Agent" as your withdrawal method.
  • Your available balance in local currency is displayed.
  • Click "Find Agents" to see verified agents in your country.
  • Select an agent, enter your phone number, and choose a payment method (e.g., M-Pesa or e-Mola).
  • Confirm the withdrawal — funds will be sent to your phone within minutes.
Note: Agents charge a small fee (usually 4-7%) for their service.
07 My withdrawal is pending. What should I do?
If your withdrawal is showing as "pending":
  • Wait 15-30 minutes — most withdrawals process quickly.
  • Check your Profile → Transaction History to see the status.
  • If it's been over an hour, contact our support team with the transaction ID.
If the withdrawal is rejected, your funds will be automatically returned to your balance.
08 What are the withdrawal limits?
Withdrawal limits depend on your verification level:
  • Unverified: Up to $500/day
  • Verified: Up to $50,000/day
  • VIP: Unlimited (by arrangement)

  • Spot Trading: You buy and own the actual cryptocurrency. Simple and safe — you own what you buy.

Recommendation: Beginners should start with Spot trading.
10 How do I sell my crypto for cash?
To sell crypto for cash:
  • Go to Sell Crypto from the main navigation.
  • Select the cryptocurrency and amount you want to sell.
  • Choose a buyer from the P2P marketplace or use our instant sell option.
  • Funds will be credited to your balance in USD (USDT).
  • Then withdraw via Profile → Withdraw Funds using a P2P Agent to get cash in your local currency.
11 How do I become a P2P Agent?
To become a P2P Agent:
  • Go to Profile → Become an Agent.
  • Meet the requirements: minimum balance of 950 USDT, valid government ID, selfie holding your ID, and proof of address.
  • Fill out the application form and upload your documents.
  • Our team will review your application within 1-3 business days.
  • Once approved, you can create P2P offers and earn commissions on every trade.
12 How much do P2P Agents earn in commissions?
P2P Agents set their own fees, typically between 3% and 7% per transaction. This fee is charged to the user making the withdrawal and paid directly to the agent. For example, if an agent charges 5% on a 10,000 MZN withdrawal, they earn 500 MZN.
13 What are the trading fees?
Our standard trading fees are:
  • Spot Trading: 0.1% per trade (0.08% for VIP)
  • Futures Trading: 0.02% maker / 0.05% taker
  • P2P Trading: Free for buyers, 0.1% for sellers
Fees decrease as your 30-day trading volume increases.
