Terms of Service

By accessing or using CryptoExchange Pro (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

To be eligible to use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be a resident of any country subject to international sanctions or trade embargoes, or be on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

CryptoExchange Pro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, subject to applicable law. We may also impose restrictions on your account based on your location, identity, or transaction history.

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and secure.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

By using our trading services (Spot, Futures, P2P), you agree to the following rules:

• All trades are final and irreversible once executed on the blockchain or matched on our order book.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, including any losses incurred.
• You will not engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any other form of fraudulent trading activity.
• You will not use bots, scripts, or automated systems without our express written consent.
• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and trading carries significant risk of loss.

Deposits: Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. You must only send the exact cryptocurrency to the address provided. Sending wrong tokens or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed via our P2P Agent network or directly to external wallets. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $10 USDT equivalent.
• Withdrawals via P2P Agents may incur agent fees (typically 3-7%).
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed for security review.
• You are responsible for providing accurate destination addresses and phone numbers.

CryptoExchange Pro operates a network of verified P2P Agents who facilitate local currency withdrawals for our users. By participating in the P2P Agent Program (either as an agent or as a user withdrawing through an agent), you agree to:

• Agents: Meet all verification requirements (minimum balance, valid ID, proof of address, etc.), charge fair and transparent fees, and provide timely service.
• Users: Provide accurate phone numbers and payment details, and only select verified agents from our official list.
• Both parties acknowledge that CryptoExchange Pro is not a party to the transaction between user and agent, and acts only as a matching platform.
• Any dispute arising from a P2P transaction should be reported to our support team within 48 hours.

CryptoExchange Pro reserves the right to suspend or remove any agent from the program for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated complaints from users.

CryptoExchange Pro charges fees for certain services. Current fees are as follows:

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with 30 days' prior notice to users. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Terrorist Financing: Any transaction related to terrorist organizations or activities.
• Fraud: Using stolen funds, credit cards, or identities.
• Market Manipulation: Wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, or any form of price manipulation.
• Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or evade restrictions.
• Bots & Scraping: Using automated tools without written authorization.
• Illegal Content: Uploading or transmitting any unlawful content through our Platform.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoExchange Pro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any losses resulting from market volatility, blockchain network issues, or third-party service failures.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any acts or omissions of P2P Agents or other users of the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all funds and complete any pending transactions.

By Us: CryptoExchange Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any funds remaining in your account after settlement of outstanding obligations will be returned to you, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page.
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top.
• Notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
